Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to support executive decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting metrics.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH, with assistance provided.
