Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies affecting business performance
- Create and maintain automated reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Support weekend shift operations by providing real-time data insights during peak business hours
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and develop data-driven recommendations
- Optimize data collection processes and ensure data integrity across multiple platforms
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise visualizations and written reports
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging data analytics technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design principles
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
