As a Data Analyst at Apex, you will play a critical role in our decision-making process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, creating compelling visualizations, and identifying trends that help us stay ahead of the competition.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large sets of data to find patterns and trends that help solve complex business problems.
- Design and maintain complex database systems and data models to support business operations.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports (using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of marketing campaigns or product changes.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) is a plus.
