Responsibilities
- Translate Complex Data: Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Strategy: Partner with stakeholders to define data requirements, gather necessary information, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to support hypothesis testing and forecasting.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data collection and reporting workflows.
- Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing), Python (pandas, numpy), and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Mathematical Ability: Solid understanding of statistical concepts and data analysis techniques.
- Tools: Experience with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
