Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business strategy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to understand data requirements and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Forecasting: Assist in predictive modeling and trend forecasting to support long-term business planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and strong knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data findings to executive leadership.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
