Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design data-driven experiments
- Present findings to leadership through clear, concise executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality assurance and validation processes
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging analytics tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating past analytics projects and business impact
