Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and drive decision-making
- Optimize data collection processes to improve data quality and accessibility
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence role
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis
