What You Will Do:
Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and curious. You will work alongside senior analysts to build models, generate reports, and create stunning visualizations that tell a story.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather and preprocess data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to provide actionable insights.
- Report Generation: Develop clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate findings to non-technical teams and help them understand the impact of data on business strategy.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and organizing company databases and data warehouses.
- Process Improvement: Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets.
- Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly; willingness to be trained in SQL or Python.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex data simply.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data handling and quality assurance.
- Remote Work Readiness: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment.
