Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity for nightly reporting cycles.
- Analytics & Insights: Perform in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities specific to the night shift operational metrics.
- Visualization: Create compelling dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate key findings to stakeholders in Nashville and North Carolina.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to assist leadership in strategic decision-making based on historical data patterns.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and support the resolution of complex data-related issues.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data pipelines, analysis processes, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience in remote or shift-based environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Tools: Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift hours.
