Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize reporting processes.
- Perform statistical analysis and create detailed reports for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality assurance checks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data workflow.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures) and Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret technical data for non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated individual capable of managing priorities in a remote work environment.
