Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleansing: Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality input for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends and forecast future performance.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau/PowerBI) to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data and optimize database structures.
- Strategic Reporting: Collaborate with leadership to translate data findings into strategic recommendations for business growth.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and propose automated solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present technical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
