Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that impact business growth.
- SQL Querying: Write efficient and optimized SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from our relational databases.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive, visually appealing reports for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps and recommend solutions to improve data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into business insights.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
