Key Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis on large, complex data sets.
- Design and maintain complex database queries to support business intelligence needs.
- Create clear, actionable dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data to drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Expert knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into business insights for stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
