Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from diverse internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, forecast future performance, and solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and optimize data pipelines.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable reports for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and document data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment.
