Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and basic SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical reasoning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly (Python/R a plus)
