Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines for reporting and analytics
- Translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions using SQL, Python, and R
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key insights
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings for knowledge sharing
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing
