Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and create detailed reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and visualization tools using SQL, Python, and Tableau.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure accuracy and integrity of reporting data.
- Communicate findings effectively to non-technical audiences through presentations and written summaries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data analytics workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, optimization) and experience with Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse teams.
