Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality analysis.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and anomalies in data.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders and management.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- SQL Optimization: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to support data retrieval and reporting needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is highly preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data manipulation software.
