Responsibilities
- Data Ingestion & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Dashboard Development: Build and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to track KPIs and business trends.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast market trends and business performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and executives to define data requirements and present actionable insights.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline reporting processes.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) is required.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
