Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
