Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures to support reporting needs.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and repeatability.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable business insights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to relocate from Illinois to Georgia with relocation assistance provided.
