Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to define data requirements and answer business questions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
