Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis to drive strategic business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing rigorous data cleaning, validation, and ETL processes.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency for stakeholders.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to maintain a clear knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
