Responsibilities
- Design and implement data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Develop predictive models to forecast market opportunities and risks

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into strategy
- Certification in AWS Data Analytics or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
