Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to define key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines and ETL processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
