Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SQL/Python data pipelines for automated reporting
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze complex datasets to identify market trends and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and documentation protocols
- Lead ad-hoc analytics projects supporting business strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and A/B testing experience
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
