Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver tailored reports.
- Identify business opportunities and risks by performing deep-dive analysis on operational data.
- Document data processes, methodologies, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
