Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable reports
- Implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy and integrity of all datasets
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to streamline data workflows
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and data narratives
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot data inconsistencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and relational database management
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
