Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define data requirements and implement data pipelines.
- Create detailed reports and executive summaries to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support business planning and risk management.
- Identify process improvements and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries and optimizing performance).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business value.
