We are currently looking for a talented and analytical Data Analyst to join our expanding team in Philadelphia. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote-first environment with the flexibility to come into our historic Center City office when needed.
In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights, build predictive models, and drive strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data extraction and cleaning to the visualization of complex datasets.

Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Modeling: Utilize statistical methods and data mining techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within large datasets.
- Visualization: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources (SQL, APIs, CSV) into usable formats.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Forecasting: Build forecasting models to support business planning and resource allocation.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in data processes and propose automated solutions to improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools, specifically Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
