Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Conduct statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy and optimize processes.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, communicating complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Monitor data quality and implement best practices for data governance within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
