- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Reporting: Develop clear, concise, and actionable reports for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into business-friendly insights for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Schedule: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
