Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and optimize existing data models and database queries for better performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a part-time or contract capacity.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent knowledge of statistical analysis and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Charlotte, NC, with full assistance provided.
