Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality data for analysis.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to define data requirements and report on project progress.
- Communication: Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable format.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine data pipelines and reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience with data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Availability: Ability to commit to a part-time schedule (e.g., 20-25 hours per week).
