Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Develop SQL queries to extract, clean, and transform large datasets
- Prepare comprehensive data visualizations for executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Document data processes and ensure data quality standards
- Provide actionable recommendations based on quantitative analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Strong statistical knowledge and analytical problem-solving
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
