Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources, ensuring high accuracy and integrity before analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive written reports and executive summaries that drive strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Database Management: Utilize SQL to query databases and extract specific datasets for ongoing projects.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where data processes can be optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; strong working knowledge of Excel (Advanced).
- Tools: Demonstrated experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
