Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Assist in gathering raw data from various sources and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Reporting: Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of data processes, schemas, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) is essential; experience with SQL or Python is a strong advantage.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a logical, detail-oriented mindset.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Availability: Must be available to participate in the full 12-week training program.
