Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to support business operations.
- Design and maintain complex SQL queries and database structures to ensure data integrity.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL Server) for data extraction.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros, and Solver).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate complex data into understandable insights.
