Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and valuable insights for business stakeholders.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and improve business processes.
- Perform statistical analysis to forecast market trends and support data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
