Responsibilities
- Design and Optimize: Develop complex SQL queries and data models to support business intelligence and reporting requirements.
- Visualize Insights: Create interactive and intuitive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Data Analysis: Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and executives to understand business goals and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain data integrity by implementing rigorous testing protocols and validating data accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or technology environment.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Tools: Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
