Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous data analysis on equity option trading data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize complex financial metrics for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance and trading teams to develop predictive models and scenario analysis tools.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting systems and databases.
- Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries that translate technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Automate data extraction and processing workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on financial data or equity markets.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and querying.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data stories to non-technical audiences.
