As a Data Analyst, you will support our business operations by turning raw data into actionable insights. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have all the tools you need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Develop clear, professional reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits of our databases and spreadsheets.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly performance metrics for stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on quantitative data analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Statistics, or IT) is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required. We are looking for motivated self-starters.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is highly desired.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical team members clearly.
- Remote Work: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
