Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in El Paso and New York to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor data quality and implement solutions to resolve discrepancies.
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests and participate in strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work Night Shifts (rotating shifts available).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
