As a Night Shift Data Analyst, you will be responsible for querying large databases, performing statistical analysis, and generating comprehensive reports that support executive decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, optimize processes, and ensure data accuracy during the critical overnight hours.

Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Extract data from various sources using SQL and Python, ensuring high accuracy and integrity of the nightly data feeds.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze overnight operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities for our clients.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Trend Forecasting: Conduct time-series analysis to forecast future trends based on historical night-shift performance data.
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly analytical reports, highlighting insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with the operations team to understand data needs and translate complex datasets into clear business strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex datasets and derive logical conclusions to drive business decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
