Responsibilities
- Extract, Clean, and Analyze: Gather, scrub, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for night-shift reporting cycles.
- Strategic Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and operational metrics.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models to forecast trends, optimize inventory, and support executive decision-making during off-peak hours.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product and operations teams to identify data gaps and deliver actionable insights that drive process improvements.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract data from multiple sources and automate reporting workflows.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine data collection processes to enhance the efficiency of the night-shift analytical workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and Microsoft Excel (VBA/Advanced functions).
- Visualization: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Schedule: Must be available to work the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or similar) on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
