Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to support automated reporting processes during the night shift cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to identify business problems and propose data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and generate regular reports for leadership to support strategic planning.
- Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies and inconsistencies in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or technical environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Availability and reliability to work Night Shift hours (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
