Your Mission
As a Data Analyst on our team, you will ensure our data infrastructure is robust, our reports are accurate, and our strategic decisions are backed by evidence.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all reporting platforms.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Support the night shift team in troubleshooting data-related issues and ad-hoc reporting requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available and willing to work the Night Shift (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to Fresno, CA (Relocation assistance provided).
