Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for real-time decision support
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to optimize data accessibility and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor data quality metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise documentation and presentations
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address emerging business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical analysis skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Comfortable working independently during overnight hours (8 PM - 6 AM CT)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred
