- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations, ensuring data accuracy and clarity during night operations.
- Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced night shift environment.
