Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify meaningful trends and patterns.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators.
- Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract data from various sources and databases.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Prepare clear, actionable reports and presentations for executive leadership and management.
- Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decision-making and process optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably within a 24/7 or night shift operational setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift) and Python or R.
- Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
